PURPOSE:To enable effective and suitable utilization of water containing calcium ion and beneficial to human body, by using a calcium-enriched calcium ion water together with lactose or oligosaccharide and combining the components with milk, etc., in a manner to give the aqueous phase in the mixture having a specific pH. CONSTITUTION:Milk or reconstituted milk is added with a calcium ion water in a manner that >=99% of the aqueous component has 4.0-6.3pH. The mixture is added with lactose and oligosaccharide to convert calcium component to a state easily absorbable in human body. The drinkable period can be prolonged and a drink which can be taken without restriction as to time and place can be produced. |
