PURPOSE:To manufacture a wide loop elastic belt, provided with recesses on the internal surfaces thereof, by a simple facilities with less manufacturing processes, by a method wherein a cavity, in which the elastic belt is molded in a converted condition, is formed by a top force, a bottom force and a core mold for forming the recesses and the belt is molded by throwing the material of the elastic belt into the cavity while respective molds are opened after molding and a molded form is converted by utilizing the elasticity of the elastic belt. CONSTITUTION:A cavity 5, surrounded by a top force 1, a bottom force 2 and core molds 3, 4, which are split into plural pieces at the center thereof, is configured so as to mold a wide elastic loop belt 10 with recesses 11 along the loop of the internal surfaces thereof in a converted condition. The core molds 3, 4 are provided for forming the recesses 11 along the loop of the belt. A molded form, molded by throwing the material of the elastic belt 10 into the cavity 5, is a product, formed with the recesses 11 on the outer peripheral surface, and is molded in a converted condition, in which the outside and the inside of the product are converted. The molded form is converted by utilizing the elasticity of the elastic belt 10 whereby the wide loop elastic belt 10, provided with the recesses 11 on the internal surfaces of the belt along the loop of the same, may be manufactured. |
