PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of void due to sealed air, by a method wherein a pressure in a mold device for molding is reduced to a pressure lower than a predetermined value by the evacuation of a vacuum generating device to effect the melting of resin and pouring of the molten resin into respective cavities. CONSTITUTION:Suction ports 8 are provided in air vent parts 7 at the ends of cavities 6 in a mold device while the suction ports 8 are connected to a vacuum generating device 11 located at the outside of the mold through common vacuum paths 9, 10. An air suction port 12 and a porous filter 13 are provided at the end of a runner 5 and the air suction port 12 is connected to the vacuum generating device 11 through the common vacuum path 10. Further, a whole suction passageway 14 is provided to connect the whole of the inside of the mold to the vacuum generating device 11 through the whole suction passageway 14. When the pressure of the inside of the mold has become - 10<-2>Torr, resin is molten and is poured into respective cavities 6 and based on the output of a pressure gauge 16. |
