A universal union is fitted between the drive motor (3) and the rotatable brush (2), and during the rotation transmission function enables the brush and the body by reciprocal pivoting, to adopt different relative positions. This ensures that even with varying positions the brush is in firm contact with the surface to be cleaned. The body (1) is so dimensioned as far as length and hand grip location are concerned, that in the normal position or usage it extends inclinedly downwards and forwards from the user when the brush is in contact with the floor surface. - The tool body has a tubular or bar-type main part (5), and comprises two sections angled in relation to one another, i.e. a first (6), comprising the hand grip, and a second at the outer end of which is the cleaning brush. The second section is at right-angles to the tool rotation plane. |
