PURPOSE:To control the fuel pressure easily in its variation in order to make the device in the above caption small in its size and low in its cost, by providing a valve member fixed on a diaphragm which acts as a fuel pressure receiving surface and a hollow cylindrical valve seat which makes opening/closing action together with said valve member. CONSTITUTION:The diaphragm 16 of the divice 14 in the above caption acts as a pressure receiving surface for the pressure of fuel coming from a pump 11 under pressured. The first and the second springs 21, 25 act on a valve member 18 fixed on said diaphragm 16. The variable position of a valve seat 22, which moves dephnding on the operating state of an engine, varies the number of said springs 21, 25 to vary the fuel pressure. Due to the above construction, the fuel pressure can be easily varied depending on the operating state of an engine, varies the number of said springs 21, 25 to vary the fuel pressure can be sasily varied depending on the operating state of the engine, and the regulating device in the above caption can be made small in its size and low its cost. |
