PURPOSE:To prevent secular deformation and thereby hold good appearance at all times by obtaining a decoration sash by fusion forming of extruded rosion through subjecting it to a high-frequency hot processing, and embedding a base material having a smaller coefficient of thermal expansion than said extruded resin approx. in the center of the decoration sash in its thichness direction so stretched as in its logitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION:Between resin sheets 6, 7 formed by extrusion, a base material 3 having a smaller coefficient of thermal expansion than said resin is interposed, and pressure is applied to consolidate them to accomplish a synthesized sheet 10. This synthetic sheet 10 cut into a certain shape is placed in a recess 17 of a high-frequency forming device, and if high-frequency current is supplied, the sheet 10 is melted followed by cooling and solidification to accomplish a decoration sash. This construction with the base material embedded in decoration sash can minimize expansion and contraction of the sash even though the outside temp. varies, which allows the outside appearance to be kept fine at all times. |
