发明名称 FILTERINRICHTING VOOR HET REINIGEN VAN EEN VLOEISTOF.
摘要 1505405 Filter W STAUSBERG and H STAUSBERG 6 Aug 1975 [16 Aug 1974] 32901/75 Heading BID A filter, particularly for a swimming pool or drinking water, comprises an open tank 1 divided by a wall 2 into an inlet chamber 3 and a filter chamber 4, enclosing inward-flow filter plates 18, the tank floor 7 sloping down to a transverse trough 8 provided at one end with a closable opening (9, Fig. 2 not shown) for discharge of used filter aid and deposited solids, such discharge being assisted by delivering water through a nozzle 10 at the other end of the trough and nozzle pipes 11, 12 extending across floor 7. Wall 2 has vertical rows of perforations 6 adjacent the sides of the tank and a gap 5 beneath it, whereby the turbulence is removed from incoming water before it reaches the filter plates. For swimming pool water, chamber 3 encloses a heater 36, which may be electric or may be a pipe through which oil circulates from an external heater. Each filter plate 18 has a tubular frame 27 enclosing a grooved support structure which may be a plate or a row of square sectioned tubes 30, enclosed by filter cloth. The frame 27 has apertures 43 by which filtrate flows from beneath the cloth to outlet 20, releasably coupled to the upper end of a chamber 21 (Fig. 3, not shown) leading to pump 24. Chamber 21 has sloping bottom walls and a top window 44 for observing the flows from the various filter plates, which are vertically oriented and supported on transverse bars 16, 17. Between the filter plates 18 are nozzle tubes 34, which may be fixed above or vertically reciprocatable between the plates to wash off the filter aid therefrom. Valves 40, 41 enable pump 24 to recirculate water through tank 1 to build up filter aid layers on the plates, the filter aid being simply added to the tank. Valves are then adjusted so that water is circulated to and from the swimming pool through the filter. After filtering, the plates are washed clean by tubes 34, outlet (9) is opened and nozzles 10, 11, 12 used to flush the solids from the tank. The filter aid may be diatomite or activated carbon or a mixture thereof. The carbon removes chloramines, chlorides and hypochlorous acids.
