PURPOSE:To absorb high frequency oscillation surely by providing a first and a second sub fluid chambers separately which are communicated to a main fluid chamber respectively through a first orifice with large circulating resistance and a second orifice with small circulating resistance. CONSTITUTION:When large amplitude oscillation is applied to an engine mount 1 at the time of starting, a movable plate 18 closes a second orifice 17 by operation of a motor 25 to make first orifice 14 open to a main fluid chamber 11, then if an elastic body 8 is going to be transformed greatly, the fluid in the main fluid chamber 11 passes through the first orifice 14 with relatively large circulating resistance into a first sub fluid chamber 13 and large damping force can be obtained. While, at the time of high speed rotation of the engine, the movable plate 18 closes the first orifice 14 and opens a second orifice 17 with small circulating resistance, then the fluid in the main fluid chamber 11 by high frequency oscillation flows between with a second sub fluid chamber 16, and oscillation of high frequency small amplitude can be absorbed. |
