PURPOSE:To enhance appearance without enhancing a number of parts by providing a holding member for holding the constituent members of an original platen and covering a containing part at the time of detaching the main body of an original feeder. CONSTITUTION:When an original cover 28 is attached on the original platen 2 of the main body 1 of a copying machine, the rear end of the glass 38 of the platen 2 is held with the second holding member 51. The member 51 is exchanged for a stopper 39, fixed there, and it holds the glass 38, also serves as a scale for positioning an original, and further, covers the stepped parts 52 as a container. |
