The invention relates to a device for engaging a lock rotor rotating in a stator mounted in a pivoting manner in a clevice and indexed elastically with respect to the said clevice, the rotor and the stator not being coaxial. The device according to the invention is characterised in that it comprises a circular eccentric 10 attached to the rotor and coaxial with the stator 1 in the rest position, the said eccentric 10 actuating members 12 driven by its eccentric rotation if and only if the rotor pivots in relation to the stator 1.
