In a hollow probe (1) for irrigation of the digestive tract of the human or animal body, especially for irrigation of the stomach, through the inner duct (10) delimited by the pipe of the hollow probe (1) continuous irrigation is to be facilitated while avoiding any significant increase in the outer cross-section and any reduction of the inner cross-section of the hollow probe.
