PURPOSE:To obtain a noise filter having large capability of decreasing noise, by interposing insulating materials having specific inductivity of 4.0 or less between wires and magnetic cores. CONSTITUTION:In an inductor comprising closed magnetic circuit cores 2 of magnetic alloy and wires 3a and 3b wound around these magnetic cores 2, insulating materials having specific inductivity of 4.0 or less are interposed between the surface of the magnetic cores 2 and the wires 3a and 3b. Then, by decreasing the specific inductivity of the insulating materials interposed between the wires 3a and 3b and the magnetic cores 2, the stray capacity between them are reduced, and frequency characteristics of inductance are improved, so that the noise reducing effect can be also improved. It is desirable that the closed magnetic circuit cores 2 are toroidal ones formed of high- permeability amorphous alloy thin bands. |
