<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate conversion from a spiral scan, etc., to a raster scan and to manage with the small capacity of a memory circuit in wide range detection using a radio wave or ultrasonic wave, by providing a specific memory circuit. CONSTITUTION:Detector 1 which receives detection pulses of a radio or ultrasonic wave sent out over a wide range and display device 3 which displays the reflected wave obtained by it and has n-bit picture elements in the X-axis and Y-axis directions respectively are provided. Further, memory circuit 4 is provided which has (n/2)xn-bit memory capacity and varies in Y-axial address assignment value according to the Y-axial picture-element address and in X-axial address assignment value by one bit each for two X-axial picture element addresses. When the Y-axial picture element address in the display region is odd (even), the picture element signal of the odd (even) address of the X-axial picture element address is written is memory circuit 4 or read out and then display on display device 3 under the control of memory control circuit 7.</p> |
