PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily adjust the position of the nozzle of an injection unit correct position with respect to a sprue bushing by a method wherein a link, which is connected to the lower part of a jack bolt, is vertically pivoted bout a journal point by pivoting the jack bolt. CONSTITUTION:Rollers 11 and 12 are arranged at the right and left at the front part and rear part of a base 10, on which an injection unit 1 is seated. The rollers 12 at the rear part are directly journaled to the sides of the base 10. The rollers 11 at the front part are journaled to the tips of the links 13, the basic part of each of which is vertically pivotally journaled 14 to the sides of the base 10. On the other hand, in stays 15, each of which overhangs sidewards from the base 10 and is integral with the base, jack bolts 16 are threadingly fixed from above and further the lower part of each bolt 16 is connected to the intermediate point of said link 13. If the position of a nozzle 8 does not coincide with the sprue bushing of a mold, the jack bolts 16 are used for adjustment. Concretely, the whole injection unit 1 together with the base is slightly tilted so a to vertically adjust the nozzle 8 about the rear rollers 12 of the base. |
