PURPOSE:To strength the protection of a video signal reproducer from its severe using conditions by storing a disk driving mechanism in a sealed-up housing and a primary circuit device in another housing having heat dissipating holes. CONSTITUTION:A housing 1 sealed up by a cover 2 and is free from dust, etc. A disk driving mechanism and its auxiliary electrical circuit are stored in the housing 1. While a housing 3 has heat dissipating holes 4 and stores a primary electrical circuit. Then the auxiliary electrical circuit in the housing 1 is connected electrically to the primary electrical circuit in the housing 3 via a cord 5. The heat of a power supply circuit is dissipated outside through the holes 4 to prevent the rise of temperature at the inside of the housing 3. In addition, the drive control of the driving mechanism stored in the housing 1 is possible within the housing 1 just by measuring the output of the auxiliary electrical circuit in the housing 1 by a prescribed measuring instrument.
