PURPOSE:To enable to secure excellent operability at the time of shift down by controlling the opening degree of a throttle valve and the fastening condition of a clutch on the basis of the work position of an acceleration pedal when the shift down is detected. CONSTITUTION:In a control circuit 20, the shift up and the shift down of a speed change gear 9 is detected by comparing the input side revolution number of a clutch 10 just before shifting with the output side revolution number after the shifting. And when detected the shift down, if the work position of an acceleration pedal 11 is on the side not stepped in from the specified position, it is judged that the shift down is for engine brake and the fastening condition is controlled according to the revolution number difference of the clutch 10 between the input side and the output side. It if is on the side stepped in, it is judged that the shift down is for accelerating operation and the opening degree of a throttle valve 18 is controlled according to the work position of the acceleration pedal 11 and the fastening condition is controlled so that the variation of the input side revolution number of the clutch 10 per unit time may become in the specified range. Hereby excellent acceleration can be obtained without giving shock at time of shift down. |
