<p>PURPOSE:To enable load operation. Within which the service life of a plant apparatus is maintained, by determining the rate of change of allowable load and the change width of allowable load, using a value obtained by adding a margin value set in consideration of operation flexibility to load regulation as an index. CONSTITUTION:An economical load dispatching signal ELD 1 is turned into an objective output pattern signal 106 by a subtracter 4, a load change-rate upper and lower limit limiter 5 and an integrator 6. A frequency control signal AFC 2 is turned into a load pattern signal 114 for adjustment by a limiter 11, a subtracter 12, a load change-rate limiter 13 and an integrator 14. The rate of change of load to the ELD signal 1 is limited at a value acquired by multiplying the signal of a function generator 31 by a limiting coefficient by load regulation from a limiting circuit 21. Load change width and the rate of change of load to the AFC signal 2 are limited at a value obtained by multiplying the signals of function generators 32, 33 by a limiting coefficient by the load regulation of the AFC from a limiting circuit 22.</p> |
