<p>PURPOSE:To enable a dimension of the whole shape of a transformer to be decreased particularly in the height direction so that the transformer can be formed light, by interposing resinous materials between respective ordered coils and cores comprising a plurality of silicon steel plates or the like, and then winding the coils around the cores, and finally coating the whole surface with a resinous material. CONSTITUTION:Epoxy resin 4a is sticked in 0.3-0.4mm thickness by drift soaking method on the periphery of a core 6 formed of silicon steel plates, together with PHI0.14 enamel wires being wound in several thousands of turns, to form a third ordered coil 7. Similarly epoxy resin 4b is sticked in 0.3-0.4mm thickness on it, together with PHI0.4 enamel wires being wound in several hundreds of turns, to form a secondary coil 8. Similarly epoxy resin 4c is sticked in 0.3-0.4mm thickness on it, together with PHI0.16 enamel wires being wound in several tens of turns, to form a primary coil 9. Finally epoxy resin 4d is sticked in 0.3-0.4mm thickness over the whole surface. After these respective ordered coils are formed, vinyl chloride-coating wires large in diameter are electrically connected with the respective terminal ends at both the initial winding and the final winding of the enamel wires by solder method, to form the third ordered coil lead wires 3, the secondary coil lead wires 2, and the primary coil lead wires 1.</p> |
