Mechanism for uniforming temperature of a mold for double injection in a mold device for double injection molding, wherein an extended nozzle is inserted to be fitted to the central part of a pair of movable side cavity plates or that of stationary side cavity plates from both sides of a manifold located on a vertical axis of symmetry; having such a mechanism that cylindrical electric heaters being attached to the surface of an outer cylinder having a slidable cylindrical core inserted therein, on the other hand, air insulation parts spaced at appropriate intervals being formed all over the circumference of said cylindrical electric heaters, further, a cylindrical cooling-water circulating cylinder being disposed on the outermost circumference. Accordingly, influence caused by radiant heat of a heater for heating molten resin is completely, thermally insulated by means of the cooling-water circulating cylinder and air insulation layers, resulting in an extremely small temperature difference between both cavity plates, leading to molded products of high quality. |
