The compositions contain polyamides, polyphenylene ethers and additives and are characterised by the fact that they contain (A) from 30 to 40% by weight of at least one thermoplastic polyamide, (B) from 20 to 50% by weight of at least one thermoplastic polyphenylene ether, (C) from 5 to 15% by weight of at least one alkali metal phosphate or alkaline earth metal phosphate, high-boiling phosphoric acid ester, phosphorous acid ester, phosphonous acid ester, phosphinic acid ester or organic phosphine oxide, (D) from 5 to 30% by weight of skeleton-forming fillers, (E) from 0 to 30% by weight of glass fibres, (F) from 0 to 20% by weight of at least one rubber-elastic polymer, (G) from 0 to 20% by weight of at least one styrene polymer, the percentages by weight of components A to G adding up to 100% by weight and (H) if desired additives in effective amounts. r |
