The disclosed device eliminates while avoiding any unpleasant feeling all the electrostatic charges accumulated in current life, on one self or in objects of ordinary use. It is comprised of a casing made of insulating material, of reduced size in order to hold it easily in the hollow of the hand. It has a very high electric resistance. Said resistance is connected by one of its ends to a metal piece in contact with the hand and by its other end to a finger-shaped electrode intended to direct the discharge towards a conducting body.
