<p>PURPOSE:To extremely improve production efficiency, by reusing the panel glass as it is, including a fluorescent screen after separation of a panel glass from a funnel glass. CONSTITUTION:After a panel glass 2 is separated from a funnel glass 3, a new neck glass 22 is welded to the funnel glass 3. While a conductive film 11 and a frit glass 5 are left as they are, the frit glass 5 is coated with a new frit glass 18. Not only the panel glass 2 but also a fluorescent screen 10 are reused. Hence, processing cost can be much decreased to extremely improve production efficiency.</p> |
