<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate necessity of shifting a metallic mold and to shorten cycle time of the molding operation by arranging an eject pin push-out means projecting the end part of eject pin to downward as penetrating through a blow tip. CONSTITUTION:A pushing plate 32 is descended by a cylinder 34 to the position, which the end part of eject pin 37 is projected to downward as penetrating through the blow tip 38. Molding sands in the blowing hole 36 and blow tip 38 are pushed to the packing hole A'' of the upper mold A1 and by ascending a sand tank 13 under condition of projecting the end part of eject pin 37 from the blow tip 38, the blow tip 38 is detached from the packing hole A'' of metallic mold A to form the gas supplying room. Under this situation, the curing gas is supplied and by injecting gas into the molding sands packed in the cavity A', the molding sands are cured to form the core.</p> |
