PURPOSE:To perform conversion into data in complement format of '2' and data in absolute value format by providing a signal polarity which inverts the polarity of respective bit signals of input data and an adding circuit which adds '1' to output data from the signal polarity inverter. CONSTITUTION:Signal lines 100-1mm provided corresponding to the respective bit signals of the input data are branched into two, and one-side lines are connected to an adder 1 through signal polarity inverters 200-2mm. The adder 1 adds '1' to the input signal. The other-side branched signal lines 100-1mm and output lines 300-3mm of said adder 1 are connected to a selecting circuit 2. The selecting circuit 2 selects and outputs one of both signal lines. |
