<p>PURPOSE:To easily secure the magnetic film thickness with which a magnetic circuit can be constituted by a method wherein the edge of the corner part of a conductor groove is removed. CONSTITUTION:The corner part 8 of a conductive substance groove is formed into the shape of curved surface. When a magnetic film 3 is adhered to and formed on the base material in the molecule, such as plating or sputtering or in liquid form, as the conductive groove can be formed in a smooth and continuous surface by the curved surface, an edge part is not formed and a uniform and stabilized magnetic film can be formed. Also, as an edge part is not present even when the magnetic film is formed in solid state and it is fitted into the base material, the concentration of stress on the magnetic film 3 can be prevented.</p> |
