PURPOSE:To efficiently remove unnecessary active material filled near the lower opening of a tube of a clad type plate by installing a shock generator which gives acceleration to a plate fixing unit to which clad type plates are fixed. CONSTITUTION:Clad type plates 1 are fixed to a plate fixing unit 2, and a rotating cam 10 is moved with a driving motor 9 to shake a plate fixing unit 2 around a fuldrum 7. By the inertia of active material itself produced by the motion, unnecessary active material filled near the opening at a tube lower end 4 among an active materials 12 in the clad type plate 1 is removed. Since clad type plates 1 are stacked by stages so that the tube lower ends 4 of the plates 1 stacked in the upper part are gradually protruded outside, the removed active material is not accumulated on the plate 1 placed in the lower part. |
