Support holder for an identification card (1), comprising a bottom wall (4), a transparent cover (5), two lateral side walls (6, 7) connected to the bottom wall and whose inner surface constitutes a lateral guide for the card, at least one rear stop (8) and an inlet (9) opposite to the rear stop for insertion and removal of the card by sliding it into the holder in its own plane, characterized in that the higher end of each of said lateral side walls is provided, above the bottom wall, with a resilient biasing member (13, 13_a) for cooperating with a support rib (16, 16_a) parallel to the adjacent lateral side wall and carried by said bottom wall, and for exerting a slight pressure on the inserted card and for retaining it in a position where it is slightly above said bottom wall and slightly under said cover.</p> |
