The dimensions of the structure are determined on coordinate system and the structural body is divided by software into elements of predetermined maximum size with each element having a data batch with coordinate values for surface points and boundary faces of adjoining elements. The data batches for each element are processed into a control program for material-clearing finishing and the three-dimensional shape is produced by processing the block according to the control program. The element is concreted in the shaped mould and when set the concreted element and mould are separated. Prior to concreting the mould is reinforced. The block body can be made of foamed plastics.
