Covering caps (20, 21) are fitted on the narrow sides of a protection circuit breaker (19) on a low-voltage high-power fuse which exhibits said protection circuit breaker (19). These covering caps (20, 21) on the one hand cover exposed connecting pieces between the blade contacts and the connecting terminals and on the other hand overhang the front face, and are constructed there for accommodating a trigger device which is matched to commercially available NH fuses. <IMAGE>
