<p>PURPOSE:To prepare low-class distilled spirits having mild flavor, by roasting raw material grain, using it for preparation of low-class distilled spirits. CONSTITUTION:Part of low-class distilled spirits Z is prepared by using rice, wheat, or another grain as a raw material, carrying out fermentation by the use of a KOJI, fermenting the prepared substance. In the operation, the raw material grain is roasted and used for preparation. Roasting is carried out by drying the grain having absorbed water with hot air at 50-250 deg.C for 2-24hr.</p> |
