PURPOSE:To obtain a super-thin type battery which easily supplies a currnt by alternately arranging the flat type positive and negative electrodes on the same plane. CONSTITUTION:The material obtained by mixing 100 weight part of carbon fluoride used as the active material, 10 weight part of acetylene black and 14 weight part of fluorine resin binder is deposited on the net type electrical collector formed like a comb-tooth and is then rolled into the flat material in the thickness of 0.3mm. as the positive electrode 3. Meanwhile, the negative electrode 4 is formed by the processes that a lithium sheet which is an active material is punched in the form of comb-tooth, the terminal 8 used as the negative electrode and electric collector is fixed at the end and is extended and the positive electrode 3 and negative electrode 4 are alternately arranged on the same plane. An insulating film 10 is composed of a sheet in the thickness of 0.1mm. and is hermetically sealed by heating and dissolving the sheet at the periphery of power generating element. Thereby, a battery in the total thickness of 0.5mm. can be formed easily. |
