PURPOSE:To patch and OCR character frame and guide marks at optional positions by registering OCR character frames of preset size (height, width, and feed pitch). CONSTITUTION:The preset size (height and width of characters, character frame feed pitch, and digits) is registered for OCT character frames. A desired OCR character frame is selected with an OCR character frame menu and attributes of guide marks, a screen, etc., are indicated. Then, an optional position P in a slip is specified as a start point, an erasure figure is displayed according to the OCR character frame size and the specified size, quantity, and guide marks are displayed in the erasure figure. Consequently, necessary information is only selected and inputted to patch the OCR character frame, guide marks, etc., automatically on the basis of the optional position, so that the slip is easily and speedily designed. |
