PURPOSE:To raise the air cleaning capacity of a filter, and also, to easily assemble it by installing the filter provided with a straightening vane, in the vicinity of a disk, inserting the filter after having assembled the disk, and rotating it. CONSTITUTION:A filter 3 is installed in the vicinity of a disk 1 which is rotating in the direction as indicated with an arrow A. In this state, the filter 3 is rotated on a plane, so that a straightening vane 3-b goes into the inside between disks centering around a rotating center 3-a as shown by a one point chain line, and fixed with a set screw 3c. In this way, the filter can be integrated on later, therefore, the assembly property is improved and the assembly can be executed easily. Also, the straightening vane goes into the inside of a disk surface, therefore, the air cleaning capacity of the filter can be raised.
