PURPOSE:To always place stacked sheets of paper in a prescribed position, by using a linkage so that members, which come into contact with the side and end edges of the stacked sheets of paper and can be moved, are connected to each other. CONSTITUTION:A stacked sheet support means 1 having a fixed side edge contact portion 2, which extends along a side of the support means and comes into contact with the side edges of stacked sheets of paper, a movable side edge contact member 5, which extends in parallel with the fixed side edge contact portion 2 and can be moved into and out of contact with the portion, an end edge contact member 7, which is oriented perpendicularly to the side edge contact portion and member 2, 5 and can be moved in a direction crossing with that of movement of the member 5, and a linkage 12, which extends between the side and end edge contact members 5, 7, are provided. One movable contact member 7 can be moved relative to the linkage 12. As a result, the front edges of the stacked sheets of paper can be always placed in a prescribed position. |
