PURPOSE:To make it possible to discriminate defective parts securely by detecting a stop of rotation of a motor due to an overload, and causing the motor to repeat a certain number of forward and reverse rotations, thereby fitting a rotary body again. CONSTITUTION:A driven part housing 11 of a lower main body base 2 is provided with an origin confirmation switch 52 and an overload detection switch 53. The origin confirmation switch 52 is for detecting an rpm of a main shaft 5 while the overload detection switch 53 is for detecting a stop of the main shaft 5 when it stops. As the overload detection switch 53 is connected to an overload detection device 54, if the stop is detected, a detection signal for controlling the rpm of a motor 3 is sent from the overload detection device 54 to an electric control part 55 to control the motor 3. The electric control part 55 which has received the detection signal controls the motor 3 to repeat a certain number of forward and reverse rotations.
