PURPOSE:To prevent leakage by tightly fixing the outer periphery of a bulkhead to the middle of the inner part of a feed water equipment in order to tightly fit the center part of the bulkhead to a rod with a valve attached thereto. CONSTITUTION:The outer periphery of a bulkhead 2 made of soft material is tightly fixed to the middle of the inner part of a feed water equipment 1. The center part of the bulkhead 2 is tightly fixed to a rod 3 with a valve 4 attached thereto. Where the rod 3 is operated by a hydraulic device 5, the bulkhead 2 makes swinging motion as a reaction, so that the hydraulic device 5 can be constantly in normal operation without water setting a hydraulic device part. Therefore, a bulkhead can be obtained with a no leakage due to resistance against the pressure of water flow.
