PURPOSE:To shorten a measurement time by finding an envelope from actual measurement data through the automatic computation of a CPU by using specific equations. CONSTITUTION:A sample chamber 1, laser light 2, a multipoint data processor 3, a power meter 5, etc., are provided and when laser light 2 is projected on a sample 7, its transmission output is O/E-converted by a power meter 5 and inputted to the processor 3. At the same time, the output of a thermocouple 6 fitted to the sample 7 is also inputted to the device 3. The output of the device 3 is inputted to the CPU 4. Consequently, the temperature rise value and transmission power of the sample 7 are supplied to the CPU 4 through the processor 3 to take a measurement automatically. Data obtained as mentioned above are used to find the envelope Tt from the equations, thereby calculating the absorptivity beta. Thus, the measurement time is shortened and the absorptivity calculated value is hardly affected by noises of the measurement data. |
