PURPOSE:To provide a lubrication oil for working, containing a phosphonic acid ester, etc., and powder of N,N'-ethylenebis-acid amide at a specific ratio and achieving high reduction ratio in a cold plastic working of an Al alloy. CONSTITUTION:The objective lubrication oil contains (A) 98-85(wt)% one or more components selected from polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether phosphoric acid diester of formula I, polyoxyalkylene alkylphenyl ether phosphoric acid diester of formula II and a phosphonic acid ester of formula III (R1 and R2 are 12-18C alkyl; R3 and R4 are phenyl-8-9C alkyl; R' is lower alkylene; m, n, q and r are added molar numbers and m+n and q+r are 2-15; R and R'' are lower alkyl; n is 0 or 1; when n is 1, R'' is OH) and (B) 2-15% powder of an N,N'-ethylenebis-acid amide of formula IV [R is 12-22C (un)saturated fatty acid residue] having an average particle diameter of >=1mum. EFFECT:Especially effective in the cold plastic work of an age-hardening (precipitation hardening) Al alloy. |
