发明名称 PRODUCTION OF CONNECTED STAR PREPOLYMER
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a prepolymer which is suitable for trim materials for automobile, parts for electric products, etc., can be subjected to reaction injection molding and has improved strength, by reacting a specific connected star polyol with N-chlorocarbonyl lactam. CONSTITUTION:(A) A polyhydric alcohol and a cyclic ether are subjected to ring opening polymerization to give a star polymer having 300-50,000 number- average molecular weight and containing >=3 OH groups. On the other hand, (B) a terminal OH group-containing linear polymer (e.g. polycaprolactone, etc.) is reacted with a bifunctional acid chloride (e.g. malonic acid dichloride, etc.) or bifunctional isocyanate (e.g. tolylene diisocyanate, etc.) to give a linear polymer, which is reacted with the component A to give a connected star polyol. The connected star polyol is reacted with (C) 0.7-1.5 equivalent based on 1 equivalent connected star polyol of N-chlorocarbonyl lactam at 0-200 deg.C to give the aimed prepolymer.
