PURPOSE:To obtain a mold-releasing lubricant capable of forging a product having high dimensional accuracy and excellent appearance in high yield preventing the seizure of mold, scuffing of product and deformation of mold even under a severe condition, by compounding a specific metal hydroxide, etc., to an organic lubrication oil component. CONSTITUTION:The objective mold-releasing lubricant can be produced by compounding an organic lubrication oil component with one or more inorganic components selected from hydroxide, phosphate, borate and carbonate of a metal selected from Al, Ca, Mg and Zn. The lubricant is preferably further compounded with a surfactant and converted to an aqueous emulsion or dispersion. |
