PURPOSE:To facilitate ejection of processed powder and to improve working efficiency, by a method wherein a slanted processing solution outflow passage, lowered toward a processing solution drain port, is formed to the under surface side of the table of a processing tank. CONSTITUTION:A processing solution outflow passage 9 is formed to the under surface of a table 4 of a workpiece 5 in a processing tank 1, and the upper surface of the table 4 is connected to the passage 9 through outflow holes 10. The passage 9 is formed in a manner to be inclined toward an exhaust valve 7. When the need of draining a processing solution 2 occurs after completion or in the middle of processing, the valve 7 is opened, and the solution 2 is drained through a drain port 8. In this case, since processed powder is ejected through the sloped passage 9, the processing powder can outgo smoothly. This constitution enables prevention of lowering of working efficiency.
