PURPOSE:To improve the quality and accuracy of a plastic molded item and consequently its productivity by a structure wherein a vent hole is equipped at a part of a pot part in a plastic sealing mold, which is equipped with the predetermined pot part and consists of a top force and a bottom force. CONSTITUTION:In response to plastic tablets 6, a top force 1, a bottom force 2, a plunger 3, a vent hole 4 and a pot part 5 are equipped. The air having a possibility of being entrapped in plastic at the pot part 5 is removed outside through the vent hole 4. As a result, as for plastic resin, no defect such as the entrapment of air develops in a plastic molded item and a plastic molded item with high quality and accuracy is obtained in a stable production line and at the same time the yield of the item is improved and consequently the productivity of the item is improved. |
