PURPOSE:To properly control the quantity of reused toner so as to prevent the deterioration of picture qualities for a long period, by supplying a new toner in a toner storing chamber and the recovered reused toner to a developing chamber after they are mixed with each other at a fixed rate. CONSTITUTION:The toner scraped down by means of the elastic blade 196 of a cleaning device 36 is stored in a toner recovering chamber 198 and carried to a 2nd storing chamber 158 by means of a prescribed toner resupplying means composed of a spiral member. The recovered toner is successively supplied to a lower mixing chamber 160 by a fixed quantity and sufficiently mixed with the new toner in a toner storing chamber 156. After mixing, the mixed toner is supplied to a developing chamber 150 from a toner discharging aperture 162 by means of a toner supplying roller 164. Since the reused toner is used by a fixed rate in such way, the deterioration of picture quality can be prevented and stable pictures can be formed over a long period. |
