PURPOSE:To process with priority highly urgent information by setting the transmission priority at the time of reading an original, and transmitting in accordance with the set priority order. CONSTITUTION:Transmission buttons 10-12 of highest priority, higher priority, and normal are selectively depressed, the signals from which are stored in a storage part 9. At the time of transmission, the originals of the highest priority are searched, and transmitted in the order of their arrivals. When the number of times of transmission exceeds '10' transmission of the originals with higher priority begins and the said counting is cleared. The originals of higher priority are searched, transmitted in the order of their arrivals, and the number of times of transmission are counted. When the counting exceeds '5', the transmission mode shifts to that of the originals of normal, and the counting is cleared. With such constitution, the buttons 10-12 are manipulated, the originals are read by a reading part 1, and stored 9 with the priority attached, and the transmission is executed in accordance with the said priority. Accordingly, the titled equipment well satisfies the intention of the operator is obtained.
