PURPOSE:To prevent a leakage current between two electrodes from flowing by simultaneously removing an N-type or P-type semiconductor layer under the second electrode by cutting and separating by a laser scribing method to form the second electrode. CONSTITUTION:A second groove 18 for electrically connecting first and second elements 31, 11 is formed by removing a nonsingle crystal semiconductor 3 having a P-N or PIN junction and a first electrode 2 disposed thereunder and connecting a second electrode 4 of a second element 11 with the side of the first electrode 2 of a first element 31. In this case, the groove 18 is formed over the interior of the electrode 4 of the element 31. Thus, the elements 31, 11 can be electrically separated between the first electrodes completely. |
