<p>PURPOSE:To shape the top integrally with the compartment to omit the assembling work in the equipment line by filling a foaming solution between the roof panel and the trimming material to foam the same. CONSTITUTION:The structure 5 consists of a top skin material 6 facing the compartment and a foaming material 7 is interposed between the ceiling skin material 6 and the roof panel 1, and is provided at its compartment side with recessions 8- 11 accommodating machines and tools such as a sunvisor and the like. The timming material H is constructed so that a buffer material 13 affluent in elasticity such as a sheet-shaped slab urethane is lined by bonding on the surface facing the roof panel 1 of the ceiling surface material 6 made of a vinyl chloride sheet or the like.</p> |
