PURPOSE:To relieve the load of a communication network control station by providing a private line network controller capable of the line control of the private line network by the control from a subscriber directly to a telephone station being a node of a network. CONSTITUTION:The titled controller consists of a private line network control storage section 3 storing line setting information of the private line network, a communication control section identifying private line network control information received through a subscriber control link 8 or an inter-station control input link 9 and giving the result to the storage section 3 or an inter-station control output link 10, a control information branch section 5 branching the information relating to the private line network from the communication network control information received from a communication network control link 6 and giving the result to the storage section 3 and a control information coupling section coupling the control information from the storage section 3 and the branch section 5 and sending the result to a cross connect equipment in the same station as the cross connect control information. Through the constitution above, the line control is applied not by a communication network control station but by each telephone station decentralizedly by the control from the subscriber directly. Further, no separate line for network control from each subscriber is required.
