PURPOSE:To suppress the increment of the number of external pins and to change the factors of a multiplier N kinds by combining N differential amplifiers. CONSTITUTION:Differential circuits 130, 131 are similarly constituted and provided with transistors 101-103, 104-106 respectively. A multiplier 132 consists of transistors (TRs) 109-114, resistors 119, 120, loads 121, 122, and a constant current source 123. When a signal inputted to an input terminal 133 is high level, the TR 103 is turned on and the circuit 130 is driven. When a control signal inputted to the input terminal 133 is low level, the TR 103 is turned off, the TR 106 is also turned off and the circuit 131 is driven. Consequently, the output of the multiplier 132 is switched. |
