PURPOSE:To make a loading space smaller by pressing and operating a display element itself, operating a switch operation part and sequentially modifying set values. CONSTITUTION:A setter is constituted by providing a real number display part 2 displaying real numbers detected from a target to be adjusted in a casing 1 and a set value display part 3 displaying set values. The casing 1 incorporates a main printed circuit board 5, four key switches 6 fitted on said board 5, a display element printed circuit board 7 equipped with the display element 4, and a flexible deformable printed circuit board 8 electrically connecting both the boards 5 and 7. The display elements 4 are overlapped and provided to point the front on the surface side of the operation part of the key switch 6. By pressing and operating the display elements 4, the switch operating part is inputted, set and operated. A drive signal is outputted, whereby the display elements 4 can display in the prescribed manner.
