PURPOSE:To make the apparatus portable with a smaller size, by arranging first and second voltage-non-voltage changeover switches to check respective parts in charge independent of each other after the second switch is actuated to connect a power source circuit in response to the operation of the first switch. CONSTITUTION:An A/D changeover switch 2 is connected to a testing terminal 1A of a circuit checking apparatus and a current measuring circuit 6 in which an ammeter 4 and a variable constant current circuit 5 are connected in series is connected to a terminal 2A of the switch 2 through a first input/output changeover switch 8. A second input/output changeover switch 27 adapted to be operated in relation to a switch 8 is provided at the other terminal 2B of the switch 2 and a first signal confirming circuit 29 is connected to a terminal 27A of the switch 27 through a first voltage-non-voltage changeover switch 28. A rectifier circuit 36 is connected to a terminal 27B and second and third signal confirming circuits 39 and 40 are connected in parallel to the output of the circuit 36 through a switching element 37. A power source circuit E22 is connected through a second potential-non-potential changeover switch 37 adapted to be operated in relation to the switch 27.
